Avocado Banana Facial Mask
Soften and hydrate dry chapped winter skin with this simple recipe. Honey and Aloe are well known for their anti-inflammatory properties. Avocado and banana are rich in potassium and vitamins A, C & E which will soften skin while helping it retain moisture.
1 tsp. Organic Raw Honey
1 tsp. Mash Banana (Eat the other half)
1 tsp. Mashed Avocado (Make guacamole)
1/2 tsp. Organic Aloe Vera Gel
Soften honey to a liquid consistency, soaking container in warm water works well. Mix all ingredients together for a creamy consistency Apply to face and let sit for 15 minutes. Rinse well with lukewarm water. Remember to always apply a natural moisturizer to your face especially during winter months.
